چکیده
Aniline is a toxic organic pollutant and raw material in industries. In this study, the start-up of sequencing batch reactor for treating aniline wastewater was assessed functional microbial clusters were analyzed after enrichment denitrifying phosphate-accumulating organisms (DNPAOs). The degradation subsequent removal NH4+-N mainly happened aerobic condition, denitrification conducted both anaerobic anoxic conditions. Besides phosphorus uptake, accumulation also occurred via DNPAOs condition utilizing nitrate as electron acceptor. efficiencies COD, NH4+-N, TN, TP over 91.6, 67.1, 65.0, 79.9% respectively. Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes found to be predominant at phylum level wastewater. Blastocatella, Ferruginibacter Clostridium strains involved Pseudomonas enriched presence aniline. Aeromonas, Acinetobacter, Comamonas may play key roles nitrogen with tolerance

متن کاملRemoval of Organics and Nitrogen from Municipal Landfill Leachate in Two-Stage SBR Reactors
The aim of this study was to investigate efficiency of ammonium nitrogen removal from municipal landfill leachate in activated sludge in two-stage SBR reactors. Treated leachate contains low concentrations of organic substances measured as chemical oxygen demand (COD) − 757 mg O2/dm 3 and high concentrations of ammonium − 362 mgNNH4/dm 3. Nitrification was studied in two parallel, aerated SBR r...
متن کاملSimultaneous removal of nitrogen and phosphorus from wastewater by means of FeS-based autotrophic denitrification.
The efficacy of iron(II) sulfide (FeS)-based autotrophic denitrification in simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal from wastewater was studied with batch experiments. It was efficient at a wide pH range of 5-9, and temperature range of 10-40 °C. The concentrations of NH₄⁺-N, Mg²⁺ and HCO₃⁻ in the wastewater should be kept over 7.8, 0.24 and 30 mg L⁻¹ for efficient nitrate (NO₃⁻-N) reducti...
